Most orders ship the next business day
Most Daggerfish orders ship next business day, though during busy times shipments may take slightly longer (typically one additional business day). If your order is expected to be delayed significantly, you will be contacted via email or phone, given a new estimated ship date, and given the option to cancel your order and receive a refund.
Domestic orders ship via USPS, and once shipped it is the post office's responsibility to deliver your package to you. You will receive an email with a tracking code that you can use to monitor the progress of your package on its way to you, and you may receive additional updates when the status of your package changes (delayed, delivered, etc.).
These updates are usually accurate, but not always. If your order is delayed by two or more days beyond its expected delivery date, or you received a delivery notification but did not receive your package, please contact your local post office for more information. If your order still fails to arrive, please get in touch with us.
International orders are handled via Shopify Managed Markets, which (for most countries) automatically adjusts prices to local currencies and includes VAT and duties. International orders typically ship via DHL, FedE, or UPS, and may take up to 15 days (or more) to arrive at certain destinations. Please check the laws of your country and be aware of any additional taxes, fees, or duties your order may be subject to.
